Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items will be exchanged if the item(s) received has any kind of defect, missing item or shipment of wrong item. 
  • The complaint has to be raised within 3 working days along with paper invoice, unboxing video and issue in order (via WhatsApp or email) after receiving the parcel.
  • To secure Customer Protection Rights, Make video while unboxing the order. If seal (tape) opening is not shown in the video, NO CLAIM such as DAMAGED or MISSING PRODUCT will be accepted.
  • Order containing formal and loose fabric cannot be exchange.
